Happy Valentine's Day

I was sick on Valentine's Day, so my celebrating had to wait a little bit. But nothing says "I love you" like a Vanilla Pound Cake with Whipped Cream and Strawberries, right??

And it tastes better than it looks. I'd forgotten how good this cake is. I need to make it more often.
